Site Welding / Fabrication
TFL Responsive Engineering's Site Fabrication and Welding teams are all apprentice trained and the skill sets within the teams can be tailored to suit any client requirements.
All our welders are coded to British and ASME standards and supported by our BS EN 3834-2:2021 Welding Quality Management System.
Site Installation
TFL Responsive Engineering's Site Installation teams have delivered mechanical installation projects throughout the UK and Northern Europe.
From new build flue gas treatment plants to conveyor refurbishments, we have the skills and experience to handle them all. We also offer these services in the form of long term maintenance contracts and outages.
Steel Erection
From heavy and complex structures to intricate mezzanines, TFL Responsive Engineering’s Steel Erectors undertake projects for major clients around the UK, all accredited to BS EN 1090-1 Exc.3.
Design
TFL Responsive Engineering offer an engineering project management design consultancy covering sectors such as Nuclear, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Rail, Steel Production and offshore renewables.
Our core service is in bridging the gap between concept or preliminary engineering design and manufacture in the UK.
I have really appreciated working with yourself and Joe’s team at Alfreton. They have been a great set of lads working safely and hitting daily goals set to keep the project on time. We actually finished the rip out slightly ahead of schedule which allowed us to store the new equipment inside to protect it from the elements over Christmas. The installation of the line and guarding work they did as well has been spot on, making do with what we had left on site from the original line. I look forward to working with TFL on future projects.
