TFL Responsive Engineering were engaged to install the structural steel work on a prestigious mining project in North Yorkshire, on behalf of our Client. As part of the scope, we were commissioned to produce two bespoke lifting frames to enable a 220T truss to be installed, using two 500T crawler cranes working in tandem.
This is a great example of how we collaborated with all stakeholders to deliver a critical turnkey project.
The frames were designed by our in-house design company Daedalus Design Services Ltd. (www.daedalusdesignservices.co.uk) and fabricated / load tested by our sister company CTL Seal Ltd. (www.ctlseal.co.uk).
