Continuous water level monitoring at a new flood defence scheme in Birmingham.
We manufactured the radar gantry in-house, to our client's design specifications. The team faced several engineering and design challenges during the process, which were overcome.
Once the manufacturing phase was complete, our team, with the assistance of a crane, installed the gantry within the day. We engaged with a crane company to carry out a full contract lift.
Our client carried out the civil works and conducted an on-site safety audit. We also had the support of Environmental Ecologists and the EA, ensuring the project met all environmental standards.
